3. Hate speech: Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM): Any sexual, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors. This is a zero-tolerance category and may be reported to law enforcement.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: Realistic fabricated imagery or media that impersonates real individuals without their consent, including non-consensual deepfake sexual content.
6. Copyright / trademark-infringing material: Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted works, trademarks, or trade dress.

3.2 Zero-Tolerance Violations

The following will be actioned immediately and may be reported to authorities:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
• Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
• Technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
• Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
• Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals.

3.3 Generally Prohibited Conduct

• Generating or spreading misinformation or disproven claims.
• Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations.
• Infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Deceiving users by passing AI-generated content off as human-created.
• Bulk-generating spam or deceptive commercial content.
• Using jailbreak prompts designed to bypass Platform safety measures.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they create or share through the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and community standards. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that any costs, damages, liabilities, or penalties incurred as a result of violating this policy shall be your sole responsibility.

4. Content Moderation

We operate a multi-layer moderation system combining automated review, human review, and periodic audits to enforce the content standards above.

• Automated review (real-time): All prompts and generated content are scanned in real time by safety filters, including keyword, semantic, and intent detection on inputs, and safety assessment of outputs.
• Human review: Auto-flagged and user-reported content is reviewed manually.
• Periodic audits: Random content sampling and regular evaluation of moderation accuracy are performed on an ongoing basis.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Policy, you may report it through any of the following channels:

Reporter identities are kept confidential. All reports receive independent, objective review. Malicious or false reports are recorded and may themselves be subject to enforcement.

6. Enforcement Actions

1. Warning — written notice requiring removal or correction of content.
2. Content removal — violating content is taken down.
3. Feature restriction — reduced quota or restricted access to certain capabilities.
4. Account suspension — temporary suspension pending review.
5. Permanent ban — permanent termination of access to the Service.
6. Legal action — reporting to law enforcement and cooperation with investigations for criminal-level violations.

7. Access

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify this website and any service or material we provide, without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the website is unavailable at any time.

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant Pixlio AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your generated content on the website and in connection with the promotion of the Service. This includes the right to make selected user creations publicly accessible on the website.

Subscribers to paid plans may control public visibility of their individual creations. Pixlio AI reserves the right to remove any user-generated content at its sole discretion.

10. Pricing, Billing & Subscriptions

Pixlio AI offers credit-based pricing. Credits are consumed when you use AI tools on the Service. You can obtain credits through a recurring subscription plan or a one-time credit pack purchase. Current pricing is always available on our Pricing page.

10.1 Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Each plan grants a fixed number of credits per month. Monthly plans are billed once per month; annual plans are billed as a single charge once per year. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. 10.2 One-Time Credit Packs

Credit packs are single, non-recurring purchases that provide a set number of credits valid for a limited period. Once purchased, credit packs are not subject to automatic renewal. For available packs, pricing, and validity periods, see our Pricing page.

10.3 Automatic Renewal

All subscription plans renew automatically. At the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually), your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration at the then-current rate. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on the renewal date unless you cancel your subscription before that date. By subscribing, you authorize Pixlio AI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

10.4 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits (including any remaining credits for the current period) will remain available until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

• Email: If you are unable to cancel through the website for any reason, email contact@pixlio.net and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitations of Liability

This website is provided by Pixlio AI on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pixlio AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pixlio AI will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this website.

12. Governing Law
